1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sony Hulk Radio (sonyhulkradio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Conduct & Submissions
When submitting music for rotation, battles, or tournaments, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to the content.
- No offensive, defamatory, or infringing material.
- All commercial production orders are final once production begins.
- Refunds for rejected submissions are handled at the station's discretion.
3. Service Fees & Payments
Sony Hulk Radio offers various paid services (Radio Submissions, Commercial Creation, Syndication). All fees are processed securely via Stripe. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
4. Intellectual Property
The Sony Hulk Radio brand, "Radio Wave" logos, and site content are the property of Real Hulk Entertainment. Unauthorized use of station branding is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sony Hulk Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service.
